1 lb(s) Jumbo Shrimp (deveined/tails off)
1 lb(s) Bacon Slices Cut In Half
1/2 tsp(s) Salt
1 cup(s) Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tbsp(s) Chili Powder
1/4 tsp(s) Lemon Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rinse the jumbo shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. Cut the bacon slices in half.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the light brown sugar, chili powder, salt, and lemon pepper.
