1 lb(s) chicken breast
1 cup(s) pineapple
1 tbsp(s) olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 cup(s) jasmine rice
2 cup(s) chicken broth
1 tbsp(s) soy sauce
1 tsp(s) ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup(s) green onions
1 tbsp(s) sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Peel and chop the onion. Mince the garlic cloves.
3. Wash and slice the red bell pepper.
4. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
5. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
