Ingredients

12 Hawaiian Rolls
8 oz(s) corned beef
8 oz(s) Swiss cheese
1/3 cup(s) Thousand Island dressing
8 oz(s) Sauerkraut
Butter Topping
1/4 cup(s) butter
1/2 tsp(s) minced onion
1/2 tsp(s) sesame seeds
1/2 tsp(s) poppy seeds
1 tsp(s) salt

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create the slider buns.
3. Layer the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet.
4. Top each bottom bun with a slice of corned beef.
5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
6. Spread a small amount of Thousand Island dressing on the top buns.
7. Place the top buns on the assembled sliders.
8. In a small bowl, melt the butter for the topping.
9. Add the minced onion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt to the melted butter, and stir to combine.
10. Brush the butter topping mixture over the top of the assembled sliders.
11. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
12. Remove the sliders from the oven and serve warm, with the remaining Sauerkraut on the side.
