1 Yellow Onion
20 oz(s) Ground Beef
2 tbsp(s) Southwest Spice Blend
2 Tex-Mex Paste
12 Flour Tortillas
1 cup(s) Mexican Cheese Blend
2 Tomato
1 Lime
6 tbsp(s) Sour Cream
Instructions
1. Peel the onion and dice it.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Southwest Spice Blend, and Tex-Mex Paste. Mix well.
3. Add the diced onion to the bowl and mix until just combined.
4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Preheat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
6. Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
