Ingredients
12 mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
12 salami or pepperoni slices
12 pitted olives (green or black)
fresh basil leaves to taste
Instructions
1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Slice the mozzarella balls (bocconcini) in half.
3. Fold the salami or pepperoni slices in half.
4. Pit the olives if they are not already pitted.
5. Prepare the skewers or toothpicks by cutting them to the desired length, if necessary.
