Ingredients

1 lb(s) Thinly sliced steak
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
6 Provolone cheese
3 tbsp(s) Butter
1 package(s) KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Slice the green pepper and onion into thin strips.
3. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.
4. Add the sliced green pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until they are tender and lightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove the sautéed vegetables from the skillet and set them aside.
6. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
7. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
8. Remove the cooked steak from the skillet and set it aside.
