Ingredients

3 lb(s) chicken thighs
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
15 oz(s) tomato sauce
3 cup(s) chicken broth
2 tsp(s) Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp(s) salt
1/2 tsp(s) ground black pepper
10 oz(s) spaghetti
Topping
1/3 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup(s) parsley, dill or basil

Instructions

1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Peel and slice the carrot, chop the celery stalks, and dice the onion.
3. Mince the garlic cloves.
4. Add the carrot, celery, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker with the chicken.
5. Pour the tomato sauce and chicken broth over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
6. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper over the top.
7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
9. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
10. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
11. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the slow cooker, stirring to combine.
