Ingredients

12 oz(s) rotini pasta
1 cup(s) ranch dressing
1 package(s) taco seasoning
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
15 oz(s) black beans
15 oz(s) corn
cilantro to taste
tortilla strips to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled rotini pasta, 1 cup of ranch dressing, and 1 package of taco seasoning. Mix well until the pasta is evenly coated.
3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pasta mixture.
4. Dice the green and red bell peppers and add them to the bowl.
5. Finely chop the red onion and add it to the salad.
