4 oz(s) all purpose flour

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the 10 oz(s) of milk and 3 large eggs until well combined.
2. Add the 2 tbsp(s) of oil or melted butter to the milk and egg mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
3. For sweet crepes, add 3 tbsp(s) of sugar to the batter and whisk until dissolved.
4. For savory crepes, add 2 tsp(s) of sugar, 1/2 tsp(s) of kosher salt, and 4 oz(s) of all-purpose flour to the batter and whisk until smooth.
5. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp(s) of softened butter or oil.
6. Ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
7. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lightly brown and the center is set.
