Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it's browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
3. Mince the 2 garlic cloves.
4. Add the minced garlic to the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
5. Grate the 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and the 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
6. Separate the biscuit dough into 16 individual biscuits.
7. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
8. Place a heaping tablespoon of the ground beef mixture onto the center of each biscuit disc.
9. Top the beef with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
10. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching and sealing the dough to create a ball.
11. Place the sealed biscuit bombs, seam-side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
12. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter.
13. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the melted butter.
14. Bake the biscuit bombs in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
15. Remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley over the top.
