10 Jalapeños
6 oz(s) Cream cheese
1 tsp(s) Minced garlic
4 oz(s) Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp(s) Chives
1 tbsp(s) Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Slice the jalapeños in half, then cut off the stems, and carefully remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse the peppers under cold water to remove any remaining seeds or spiciness.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, and chives. Mix well until smooth.
4. Stuff each jalapeño pepper with the cheese mixture, making sure to fill them as full as possible.
5. Drizzle the outside of the peppers with butter.
