1 tbsp(s) Sugar
2 1/4 tsp(s) Instant yeast
2 1/2 tsp(s) Salt
1 2/3 cup(s) Lukewarm water

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 1/2 cups of unbleached flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast, and 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
2. Gradually add 1 2/3 cups of lukewarm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-12 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
