1/3 cup(s) Onion
1 cup(s) Diced Potatoes
1 Zucchini
1 Squash
1 Bell Pepper (any color)
2 tbsp(s) Olive Oil
1/2 tsp(s) Paprika
1/2 tsp(s) Garlic Salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp(s) Dried Thyme
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
3. Cut the smoked keilbasa sausage into 1-inch pieces.
