14 oz(s) Kielbasa sausage
2 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp(s) Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp(s) cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Slice the Kielbasa sausage into 1/2-inch thick pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sausage is lightly browned.
3. Dice the onion and add it to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
4. Dice the red and green bell peppers and add them to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
5. Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
