Ingredients
6 large potatoes
3 large onions
3 tbsp(s) butter
2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
1 can(s) flaky biscuits
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Peel and dice the 6 large potatoes into small cubes.
3. Peel and finely chop the 3 large onions.
4. In a large skillet, melt the 3 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
5. Add the chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until they are translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
7. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese until it is melted and well combined.
8. Unroll the 1 can of flaky biscuits and separate them into individual biscuits.
9. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit out into a 5-inch circle.
10. Place a heaping spoonful of the potato and cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit circle.
