1 1/2 lb(s) ground turkey or beef
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
29 oz(s) diced tomatoes
2 cup(s) low-sodium beef broth
2 tbsp(s) tomato paste
1 tsp(s) ground paprika
2 tsp(s) dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp(s) kosher salt
1/2 tsp(s) ground black pepper
2 cup(s) dry elbow macaroni noodles
2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. In a large crockpot, add the ground turkey or beef and break it up into small pieces.
2. Dice the green bell pepper and onion, then add them to the crockpot with the ground meat.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
