8 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp(s) peppermint extract
red and green gel food coloring to taste
1 tbsp(s) Christmas colored sprinkles
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to beat the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
3. Add the peppermint extract and mix until it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
4. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
5. Add a few drops of red food coloring to one part of the mixture and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
6. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the other part of the mixture and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
