1 lb(s) cooked ham
1 onion
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
10 1/2 oz(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp(s) garlic powder
1/2 tsp(s) paprika
Topping
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
Garnish
parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, even slices.
3. Dice the onion.
4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, diced onion, and cooked ham.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
6. Pour the soup mixture over the potato, onion, and ham mixture, and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
7. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
