Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 10 oz of frozen chopped spinach, 6 oz of cream cheese, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
