1 tsp(s) fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp(s) ground cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray to taste
Instructions
1. Peel, core, and chop the 5 apples into small chunks.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
3. Add 1 cup of water and 2 tbsp of cornstarch to the saucepan and stir to combine.
4. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the apples are tender and the mixture has thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the dip cool to room temperature.
6. While the dip is cooling, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
7. Cut the 8 flour tortillas into triangles or wedges.
