4 lb(s) beef roast or brisket (rump or rolled)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Place the beef roast or brisket in a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, oregano, rosemary, and poultry salt.
4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the surface of the beef.
5. Crumble the beef bouillon cubes and sprinkle them over the top of the beef.
6. Add enough water to the pot to just cover the beef.
