1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1 lb(s) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
2 cup(s) seasoned panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup(s) seasoned fine breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix the marinara sauce, minced garlic, and dried basil. Set aside.
3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
4. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
6. In another bowl, mix the seasoned panko breadcrumbs and seasoned fine breadcrumbs.
