3 package(s) cheesecake instant pudding mix
green gel food coloring to taste
maraschino cherries to taste
Instructions
1. Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and mix it with the Oreo crumbs.
3. Press the Oreo-butter mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. In a large bowl, beat 8 oz of cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
6. Fold in 16 oz of frozen whipped topping until fully incorporated.
7. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 packages of cheesecake instant pudding mix and 3 cups of milk until thickened.
8. Add 1 tsp of mint extract and a few drops of green gel food coloring to the pudding mixture, stirring until the color is evenly distributed.
9. Spread the mint-flavored pudding over the Oreo crust.
10. Top the pudding layer with the cream cheese-whipped topping mixture.
11. Sprinkle Oreo crumbs, whipped topping, maraschino cherries, and green sprinkles over the top of the dessert.
