Ingredients

1 lb(s) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp(s) olive oil
3 tbsp(s) unsalted butter
5 garlic, minced
1 cup(s) heavy cream
1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp(s) Italian seasoning
1 cup(s) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 cup(s) fresh spinach leaves
fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

1. Peel and devein the large shrimp. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
