Ingredients

Salad
2 package(s) ramen noodles
2 cup(s) cabbage
1 cup(s) carrots
1/2 cup(s) green onions
almonds to taste
Dressing
3 tbsp(s) soy sauce
2 tbsp(s) vinegar
2 tbsp(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
sesame oil to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread the broken ramen noodles on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
2. Combine cabbage, green onions, & carrots in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix together the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, salt, & pepper.
4. Mix the ramen noodles and almonds or sesame seeds to the vegetables.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Let it sit around 10 minutes.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
