1 egg
1/2 cup(s) light brown sugar
1 tsp(s) vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp(s) salt
3/4 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup(s) sweetened shredded coconut
10 oz(s) sweetened condensed milk
4 oz(s) salted caramel sauce
3/4 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, egg, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Fold in 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup of the sweetened shredded coconut.
6. Press the dough into the prepared pie dish, making sure to evenly distribute it and create a slight lip around the edges.
