1 tbsp(s) vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. Tear the brioche bread into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of kosher salt until well combined.
