Ingredients
8 oz(s) Spaghetti
2 Eggs
1/2 cup(s) Freshly Grated Parmesan
4 Bacon Slices, diced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
Kosher Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 tbsp(s) Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with garlic and toss to combine.
