2 Medium Ripe Frozen Bananas, sliced & frozen at least 1.5 hours
1/4 cup(s) Old Fashioned Oats
3 tbsp(s) Peanut Butter, creamy & unsweetened
1 cup(s) Milk of Choice
1/2 tsp(s) Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp(s) Pure Maple Syrup or Honey
1 cup(s) Ice
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder, optional
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, including the sliced bananas, oats, peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey, and ice.
2. Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
3. Add the vanilla protein powder, if using, and blend until well combined.
