3 Potatoes

Instructions
1. Trim any excess fat from the beef stew meat and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
3. Peel and slice the carrots.
4. Peel and chop the onion.
5. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink.
