Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast Halves, bone-in, skin on
Kosher Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season the chicken breast halves liberally with kosher salt and black pepper.
2. Place the seasoned chicken breast halves into a sous-vide bag or a heat-safe ziplock bag.
3. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
4. Place the bag into a water bath, set to 150°F.
5. Cook the chicken for 1.5 hours. Add an hour if the chicken is frozen.
6. After the cooking time has elapsed, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully remove the chicken from the bag.
