Ingredients
1 cup(s) Israeli Couscous
2 tbsp(s) Tuscan Heat Spice
2 Chicken Stock Concentrate
1 cup(s) Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them in a baking dish.
3. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
4. Add the tomato paste, Tuscan Heat Spice, and chicken stock concentrate to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the couscous and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
