1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil
1/4 cup(s) Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbsp(s) Red Wine Vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp(s) Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp(s) Honey
2 tsp(s) Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp(s) Minced Garlic
1 tsp(s) Ground Black Pepper
Kebabs
1 3/4 lb(s) Sirloin Steak
8 oz(s) Halved Button or Cremini Mushrooms
3 Bell Peppers (red, green, yellow)
1 Large Diced Red Onion
1 tbsp(s) Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp(s) Garlic Powder
10 Wooden Skewer Sticks Soaked in Water for 30 Min.
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and ground black pepper to make the marinade.
2. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the steak and massage the meat to ensure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the steak from the marinade and shake off any excess. Thread the steak, mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onion onto 10 wooden skewer sticks.
5. Brush the grill or grill pan with olive oil to prevent sticking. Season the kebabs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
6. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
7. Serve the steak kebabs hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of parsley.
