Ingredients
3 Large Chicken Breast (Boneless/Skinless)
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
6 tbsp(s) All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp(s) Olive Oil
2 tbsp(s) Unsalted Butter
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 cup(s) Chicken Stock
1 cup(s) Heavy Cream
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup(s) Sun-dried Tomatoes
Basil to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
7. Pour in the chicken stock and bring the mixture to a simmer.
8. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top of each breast.
