Ingredients

2 cup(s) unsalted butter
3/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 tsp(s) pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp(s) almond extract
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp(s) kosher salt
2 tbsp(s) holiday nonpareils

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until it's light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the powdered sugar and granulated sugar to the butter and beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in the pure vanilla extract and almond extract until fully incorporated.
