5 lb(s) russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
3/4 tsp(s) Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Instructions
1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the peeled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
3. Place the potato cubes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
4. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
