8 oz(s) gemelli (twin twist tube) pasta
1 1/4 cup(s) Prego® Creamy Basil Pesto Sauce
1 tbsp(s) red wine vinegar
4 oz(s) small mozzarella cheese balls
1/2 cup(s) sliced pepperoncini peppers
1/2 cup(s) chopped drained roasted red bell pepper
1/2 cup(s) chopped drained marinated quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 cup(s) thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup(s) chopped salami or pepperoni
2 tbsp(s) thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Instructions
1. Cook the gemelli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled gemelli pasta, Prego® Creamy Basil Pesto Sauce, and red wine vinegar. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated with the pesto sauce.
