Shrimp Boil
2 cup(s) low sodium chicken broth
2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup(s) Old Bay seasoning
7 garlic, minced
1 tbsp(s) hot sauce
1 Yukon Gold baby potatoes
12 oz(s) fully cooked andouille sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 fresh corn, halved
1 raw shrimp, deveined, peeled, tails left on
Garnish
3 tbsp(s) fresh parsley, minced
2 tbsp(s) fresh chives, minced
Garlic Butter
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
4 garlic, minced
1 tbsp(s) fresh parsley, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large pot, combine the low sodium chicken broth, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, and hot sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2. Add the Yukon Gold baby potatoes, fully cooked andouille sausage, and fresh corn halves to the boiling liquid. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
3. Add the raw shrimp to the pot and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, and minced fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
