Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp(s) garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup(s) chicken broth
1 cup(s) marinara sauce
2 tsp(s) Italian seasoning

1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp(s) fresh basil

Instructions

1. Place the 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in a crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with 2 tsp of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of marinara sauce over the chicken.
4. Sprinkle 2 tsp of Italian seasoning over the chicken.
5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
